Charcoal-grilled minced lamb with red pepper flakes, hand-kneaded and served on warm lavash with sumac-marinated onions.

Babagannuş Meze

Flame-roasted aubergine, tahini and fresh lemon — a silky, smoky Anatolian classic.

Loose-leaf black tea from the Black Sea highlands, steeped in a traditional pot and served in tulip-shaped glasses.
